@Steph - I apologize in advance for being pedantic, but there is no such thing as "espresso coffee" unless, of course, you're simply referring to a coffee intended to be brewed as espresso. Espresso is a brew method only (or used when referring the drink espresso in English speaking countries, in italy they just call it coffee or "cafe espresso", not a roast level or type of bean. /pedantic coffee rant

Richard - how did you make the iced coffee? Leftovers like we talked about?
And, furthermore, I scored a sweet commercial espresso machine for less than my home/consumer machine. So I'll be swimming in espresso come next week.

Richard - a little ice, cream, and sugar (or splenda) and you got yourself an iced coffee drink.
I've been doing the same with the leftovers from my morning pot. I usually stick to espresso based drinks, but will have one small cup of drip coffee in the AM (recently an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe roasted to CityPlus)...then the 16oz or so that's leftover after our morning cups, gets left to chill and then added to some milk/sugar prior to my workout in the afternoon/evening.
