yep.  1/4 of 1/4 tsp of caffeine = strong cup coffee.

It costs very little too:  $10 for 100 g, which can caffeinate 500 cups of anything!

Yes, that would be fun. 

But one has to be careful not to use too much.  Caffeine can kill people in large amounts, like the guy who died after ingesting two spoonfuls of caffeine powder - equivalent to 70 cans of Red Bull!

Also caffeine is bitter, the bitterness needs to be diluted in something sweet.

I remembered after making my ice cream comment.I have a package of Caffeine purchased at Whole Food. I will try it with ice cream and make a report.
