It is called Swine flu because it originated in a filthy, brutal, crowded factory farm in North Carolina where thousands of swine are used. The government first said it was from Mexico, but when genetic testing tracked down its source in N.C., suddenly no more news was shared about its origin.
Both mad cow and swine flu, as well as almost all other contageous diseases to plague man are zootropic. They are spread from one species to another. They began to be a huge problem with the advent of animal husbandry, and the crowded dirty conditions of domestic animals.
