Vermont Atheist, Agnostic, Skeptic, Humanist, Secular Humanist, etc... groups.

Burlington Atheists and Humanists is now defunct.

This was a Meetup group. I'll post more groups as I have time, and others should feel free to do the same.

Happy to start the first 2011 Discussion for the Vermont Atheist page. Remember - If something doesnt feel right, it isnt. I never felt right about the religion i used to be in. I thought back then that my doubt would be "washed away by my savior". And then stopped listening to the people who were brainwashing me with all of the nonsense that was shoved down my throat and started thinking for myself. Since my "De-conversion" I gained an immense thirst for knowledge that is yet unquenchable. I consider myself an atheist because I learned the truth before it was too late. Thankfully i was still young when I peeled back the dirt and revealed my atheist self once again. It is all of our responsibility as atheists to stand up for whats right and rid this world of the filth that is religion.

I just started a new networking group for Vermont Skeptical Atheists on Facebook:  Vermont Skeptical Atheists.

Facebook has a lot more atheists than Atheist Nexus, I think.

Please Check out the Vermont Chapter of the National Atheist Party!

There is a new meetup group:  Upper Valley Humanists Association.  First gathering will be next week in Lebanon, NH.  Check it out!

Cindy, would you please post a link to this?

I'm not sure how to create a link, but I tried!  I hope it works.  It's at meetup.com.  Meeting tomorrow (Thursday) in W. Lebanon, NH.

Thanks Cindy.  I've added that to the resource directory.
