Has anyone checked out the National Atheist Party? http://www.usanap.org/
I found I agree with every single platform stance of the NAP, and they are doing a phenomenal job of uniting like minds in this area. They already have 527 Tax status and have chapters in every state. What do people think after reading the Charter?
The National Atheist Party(NAP) is growing rapidly! It is about time Atheists and freethinkers had representation in our secular government!
Please check them out and join, if interested, then join the VT group as well. We are new but committed to growing as VT is the least religious state in the country!

Hi! I'm happy to have found a Vermont group, even if it is quiet at the moment. The quietness of this group actually doesn't surprise me. Most Vermonters I've met tend to be the quiet sort.
Anyway, I'm up in the NEK, where it is currently cloudy and rainy.
