anyone read dawkins's new book?? although as a developmental biologist i need no introduction to evolution, dawkins's books are always fun to read........i would appreciate if there are any personal reviews of the book........

Hey all,

I'm really interested in attending the humanism meetups. i just registered for it. Nice to see some like-minded people here in singapore. Looking forward to the meetups.

Hey all Singapore atheists feel free to attend the Singapore humanist meetups , dont let the term humanist throw you off , its almost entirely atheist :P

I have attended two of their meetups and its been great, if you are not sure about how to register/find the meetups send me a message.

At last check the group had over 200 people registered, we are not alone after all!

Because our govt thinks the way to prevent dissent/ conflicts is to keep them out of public view... out of sight, out of mind.

I think it is because typical Singaporeans hate trouble, so, the best policy is to keep the profile low..

Unhappy+delusional people=complaint+trouble

I dont know why it's so "sensitive" in singapore. America, the atheists criticise religion like nobody's business. But I guess they have freedom of speech there.
