(USA) on May 6, 2012 at 11:25pm P.S., the Utah bill passed legislation but was luckily vetoed by the governor after a huge public outcry - I don't remember the exact figures now, but between 60-80% of Utahns were polled as being supportive of sex ed in public schools, so it was pretty irritating to have such an anti-sex sex ed bill get passed.
