Many of these correlations could go the other way, for example younger looking women could find attracting sexual partners easier. I doubt sexual activity burns enough fat to make a difference, unless those three times a week sessions are quite strenuous. Nevertheless, many of the claims are plausible.

Well I haven't had sex in almost three years, and I have not noticed anything. Then again I am still rather young. Thing is I work out often, so that probably helps keep me looking okay.
