Lightspeed is an online magazine of SF, edited by John Joseph Adams.  He's a reputable editor who previously assisted Gordon Van Gelder at The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction and has also edited several popular anthologies on his own.

 

Lightspeed has a sister online magazine, Fantasy (which I believe is also edited by Adams).
