What is Sam Harris's Opinion on the Nature of Consciousness?

Can anyone direct me to an article or video where Sam Harris makes his views on consciousness clear?  It seems to me that he attributes all aspects of the mind to being brain-based... with the possible exception of consciousness.  I'd like to be clearer on what his position is on this subject.
