Salut la toata lumea.
Sunt foarte curios daca stiati urmatorul fapt: practic, ca ateu, in Romania nu poti sa fi presedinte, prim ministru sau ministru! Si ingradirea vine din, ghiciti de unde?....din constitutie:
ARTICOLUL 82
(1) Rezultatul alegerilor pentru funcţia de Preşedinte al României este validat de Curtea Constituţională.
(2) Candidatul a cărui alegere a fost validată depune în faţa Camerei Deputaţilor şi a Senatului, în şedinţă comună, următorul jurământ: "Jur să-mi dăruiesc toată puterea şi priceperea pentru propăşirea spirituală şi materială a poporului român, să respect Constituţia şi legile ţării, să apăr democraţia, drepturile şi libertăţile fundamentale ale cetăţenilor, suveranitatea, independenţa, unitatea şi integritatea teritorială a României. Aşa să-mi ajute Dumnezeu!".
ARTICOLUL 104
(1) Primul-ministru, miniştrii şi ceilalţi membri ai Guvernului vor depune individual, în faţa Preşedintelui României, jurământul de la articolul 82.
Deci, crezi nu crezi, trebuie sa spui "Asa sa-mi ajute Dumnezeu"
Mi se pare absurd ca legea suprema a tarii sa ingradeasca in asemenea hal drepturile unora dintre cetatenii ei, mai ales ca tot aceiasi lege sustine autonomia bisericii fata de stat.
Poate ati mai intalnit problema asta si intrebarea mea e cam naiva, dar totusi ... ??????

Tu chiar crezi ca comunistii astia din diferite partide sunt cu adevarat credinciosi? Asta e politica deliberata atat ca sa multumeasca masele cat si sa le afunde in ignoranta prin promovarea religiilor in scoli (religii preferabil cat mai putine la numar).
Chestia asta cu asa sa-mi ajute iepurasul e si in SUA. Acelasi scandal. Aceeasi Marie doar cu palarie de cowboy in loc de naframa. -

Chiar am verificat: in SUA, presedintele si membrii guvernului trebuie sa depuna juramant, dar nici vorba de zei, mos craciun sau craiasa zapezilor pe-acolo. Uite cum trebuie sa jure (nici macar sa jure nu trebuie neaparat, ci sa afirme):
Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Noi ne-am trezit sa bagam in legea suprema a tarii ceva misticism....sa o facem mai balcanica. Doar "merge si-asa".
Mi se pare o incalcare flagranta a drepturilor unora dintre cetatenii romani, chiar daca e o minoritate.

Asa este atunci. De obicei iese cu scandal cand presedintii americani zic chestia aia cu ajutorul, si ei o zic de fiecare data, asa ca am presupus gresit ca e obligatoriu sa zica prostia aia. Ce nu se poate face in SUA, se face la noi... Ii batem si noi cu ceva pe americani...

OK. I am venting. My mother died two weeks ago. She was a “god fearing christian.” Before her death she refused all medical treatment. She wanted to be left alone. This probably should not have shocked me as much as it did (especially since I am in Texas). I actually thought my coworkers were playing a joke on me because they know I am an atheist. Sadly, this was no joke. This actually happened.
