i am not a Freudian by any means - it makes me ill.  i had a professor who taught us all the various kinds of theories. when he got to freud, he said he had to teach us, although he did not agree.  he spent 2 hours walking bakc and forth across the room red in the face.  he was fantastic :]

i got a B.S. in psych a long time ago, but read many things since then. i have certificates in Art and Drama Therapy which i have worked in as a volunteer and used with my kids in teaching.

i would have liked to work in the field, but it didn't happen.

so, we have two things in common - weird.  tomorrow i'm going to the Samhain circle and calling the spirits of the West - i wrote part of it and i'm really nervous.  first time in being within the circle - not a visitor.

to GuitaZ3oh (how do you remember that? :)

as a teacher, i totally agree with the person in the video. . .  i could never find anyone to talk to at work about stuff like this - very frustrating!

i would look at each kid and try to gear my attitude toward what they needed & to their personalities along with the topic being taught.i hate to say this, but many teachers are 'pedantic'!

now i'm going back to look at your page  :)
