Atheist Nexus

Well if the recent debate I was just in is anything to go by some atheists here are just as closed minded as any other group with pet beliefs.

Not once did any of them even address any of the mainstream philosophical points and just resorted to pet replies and name calling.

I'm not sure how we can overcome this?

I guess with so few atheists on A/N joining your "crusade" and becoming members of Pro-Life Nonbelievers...(11) there isn't any way that you'll be able to OVERCOME....

:) As I said Sydni most people run with the herd, it is too much effort too think outside their box, so why should atheists be any different? Certainly even you must have come up against libertarian atheists who cannot accept that humans can have an adverse impact on the environment.

You maybe right though, it is nearly impossible to overcome those with closed minds. I've found it much easier to talk with moderate Pro-Choicers who are at least willing to go beyond street corner mantras.
