Unbridled capitalism is bad for society by Peter Jadinge Tuesday, 11 December 2012.
A new Paradigm
I am convinced a society controlled by money minded capitalists will never be able to construct a balanced society for the progress of all its members. Earth needs a new paradigm with a level playing field for all its members, with the Earth taken into consideration on any decision. Small, local companies using locally produced good and services that keep the flow of money locally will better serve a community.
As the ancient Native American value imperative states, look ahead seven generations to determine if a sound decision can be made.
This piece by Jadinge spells out the reasons the old paradigm cannot create a balanced society.

Whenever I've tried to tell my Brother-in-Law or neighbor that we do have some socialistic aspects here in the U.S., such as shared roads, libraries, public schools, police and fire departments, etc., they either can't understand it, or WON'T understand it.
