I'm a little surprised that Timothy Geithner isn't in that list.

You are correct. There are a lot of others who should be on the list. I will see if I can find an old article I wrote and filed away somewhere I have trouble finding. So much for my filing skills. Thanks for the heads up. I copied this list from the article cited.
