The make-up alone makes me wonder, could it clash a little more? Orange and bright pink in front of the red, it is just painful to look at. The excessive eyeliner and 'eye popping' do not help. However much I hope this would be poe, if the foundation is at all real then that is a long way to go for a joke. It would take more research than I'm willing to do to determine the answer; for now I will just keep my money and be entertained; both by the site and by those who get worked up over it.
