I really don't believe in the existence of God, and bible is just part of literature to influence people.

The Philippine Atheist and Agnostics Society on Facebook has some chapters in various places. There is one in Manila so you might find one in Cavite too.

I made the move from Canada to Cebu and I'm now settled temporarily in Lapu Lapu City. Any other free thinkers, skeptics, or atheists anywhere nearby?

I'm not a Filipino yet but I'm moving to Cebu in a few weeks. It would be nice to find some fellow nonbelievers there since I'm sure to be outnumbered.

In the Philippines:

Coming OUT activity this coming A-Week

Time: Saturday at 4:00pm - Sunday at 10:00pm

Location: Rizal Park, Manila, Philippines.

Created By The Pinoy Skeptics, John Paraiso, Levi Monton

More Info" 'A' Week on Facebook ran from 29 March 2010 to 6 April 2010. 'A' Week was an online event to raise awareness that the world is full of people who are 'good without God' and who don't need religion to influence their lives.

Become a fan of 'A' Week to receive the latest updates, news of any future events, and to network and connect with like-minded people - click 'Become a Fan' here --->

Over 15,000 people took part, changing their profile picture to an 'A' for a week...

Wait? What Facebook? Nope...Here in the Philippines, 'A' Week will be more than a Facebook activity. Atheists will come out in the open and tell to the world that we are proud to wear the 'A' label.

Join other fellow non-believers and tell them that We are Good without God.

Some Wiccans and their seeking approval from Christians

One of the many religions that I had once belonged to was Wicca.  It seems to me a lot of Wiccans but not all as well as some members of other Neo-Pagan groups seek the uncritical and unconditional acceptance from Christians and folk of other religions for their beliefs.  This is understandable in its own way but I think you'd be wasting your time with the fundamentalists adherents of any non-neopagan religion.  They don't want to accept or agree with anyone else's religious beliefs other than…See More
