I loved this one. I learned some new things from it too--like that the Catholic church never excommunicated Nazis and even helped them.

as an atheist, a godless/no way no how 'god' atheist, seems rehashing the history is more and more useful in granting the innocent youth a chance to realize who they are dealing with. I was kept, at times, from learning life on my own two feet and of my own mind by the very control he spoke of around the 'printing press' part of the tube... thanks Pat, keep em' coming. yeah, it's always the influence/$ etc..

I'm sure Pat would appreciate the humour with this story in the online times & the name of the journalist.

I get some news from him! Double standard: it's illegal to hurt the feelings of Muslims, and it's also illegal to keep them from doing whatever the hell they want. Anytime someone talks about just how superior Europe is to America I have to laugh. They just have a different set of issues.

I had a look at Mr. Condell's commentary on the Wilders trial on his website and it is utterly on point. It would seem as though the Dutch legal system is so afraid of hurting the feelings of its Islamic population that it is willing to disavow free speech, even if said speech happens to be TRUE.

[Merde, how I hate Political Correctness!]

Prog Rock Girl, say what I say, human race, can't argue with that.

Whether I say I'm Jewish (but nonreligious) or say I'm from the European countries my ancestors come from, either way I get corrected from some self-appointed expert on my ethnicity. I suppose I could say I'm "Semetic".

Jews can be blamed for that. It is both a race and a religion.

People who can't tell the difference between a race and a religion just aren't worth arguing with in the first place.
