Indeed - this is an interesting theory, Bob. One I've considered many times when pondering why Miller-Ulrey never quite delivered on its promise. How wonderfully ironic if the conditions on Earth were never quite right for abiogenesis - but that pre-life actually formed elsewhere first and just happened to take hold here.

I love science, me.

Re;

Mr. Gallacher's Evolution of proteins quandary, has heard of or read "Darwin's God" Blog.

Then there is the idea of "Strong Panspermia" where protiens came to Earth from outer space

Gerry, by |debunk Natural Selection", do you actually mean, debunks creation/creationism?

Natural selection is part and parcel of evolution - selection (by survival and inheritance) of the organisms best adapted to the current conditions.

Can anyone give me a heads up on the evolution of protiens please...I know there are very intelligent people here who can simplify this argument that protien evolution debunks natural selaction.

I was just trying to find out if James Earl Jones was religious (as I was curious to know if reading the bible aloud would perhaps change his views).  He is just listed in several places as being christian.  More interesting, though, is that after a traumatic adoption at age 5, he developed such a severe stutter that he refused to speak and remained functionally mute until high school.

Rather than listening to all of those Begats, I'd rather be begetting.

With a lot of CDs.  There's a compiled version, apparently.  60 CDs, judging from the comments section, although that's not listed in the item description.

Someone made an audiobook of the bible?  How does someone make a book on tape for a book that's 2,000 pages long?
