Adolf Hitler's medical records are supposed to reveal that he suffered from uncontrollable flatulence, used up to 28 drugs at a time to treat it, used cocaine to clear his sinuses and received injections from bull testicles. Per the article:

The startling revelations come from Hiltler's medical records -- now up for auction at Alexander Historical Auctions of Stamford, Conn.

Maybe he took the bull testicle injections in order to appear to be a stronger leader.
