After listening all about this on podcasts, I finally joined. Live in Medford, and I am amazed there is a group near me. Glad to know there are others around me. How is everyone?

Hellooo Oregon Atheists! I just joined Atheist Nexus today (11/6/09) and then found this group - so glad to join here as well. I'm pleased to see several of you are here in Eugene. I don't know any other (identified) atheists here yet, so maybe now I will. THANKS!

Hello all! I live in Gladstone, but work in Portland and play music all over Oregon and the North West. I also lived in Eugene for a while. I have just joined the site and subsequently, the group . There is a secular sobriety group that is meeting in Medford if anyone is interested (or knows of someone who may be). Bottom line, it's AA/NA without the god b.s.
Meetings are now on Sundays at 6 pm. Apparently some theists have caused problems when the location has been advertised. If you're interested, please e-mail Paul at paulmykol@yahoo.com for the location. Thanks.
