I tend to find most of my online atheist conversation via Twitter.

I have no knowledge of any NH meet-up groups. The closest Humanist groups are in Mass. I was surprised by this considering that NH does have a higher rate of atheism than most states in the US.

Any conversation about religion, politics, philosophy, etc. was avoided when I visit my family down South. Up in NH, it is more of an open dialogue, even if some Granite Staters dislike the idea of atheism. I am more than happy to share my thoughts on the subject...most people are not very happy to hear rational and logical that debunks their childish nonsense which hurts our world much more than it helps.

I think that's a capital idea! I am really new to the area, so I know nothing! And I am still in the process of house hunting, learning my new job, etc. But if someone wants to put it together, and I am available, I'll do my best to be there.

By the way, is there one of those "Meet-up" groups for NH as well? I should connect with that as well.

Maybe someday we could have a NH meet-up?

Well, the theists in FL accused me of being particularly loud and obnoxious. Of course, that could have been just because I had the audacity to even mention that I was an atheist at all!

Welcome new members, it is kind of a quiet board for the most part, but hopefully that will change soon.

Hump, I just pushed your book the other day on Twitter...it was well received. Maybe that will translate in some sales for ya...

Hello all! I just recently retired from the AF, and relocated to NH. I work down in Merrimack, and plan to buy a house up on Bow. Right now living out of a hotel as I am getting transitioned here. I just came from the Panhandle of FL (have you ever noticed that any state with a "Panhandle" has some serious "fundamental" issues?), so I am gld to be in an area that seems much less "theitard" heavy.

I look forward to networking with you all and hopefully even meeting a few of you.

New to the site, been living in Somersworth NH since 1987.
Glad to see other freethinkers in the region.
Open house at my place (almost) every Pats game!
