Hate to say it but my husband, who was born and raised in NJ calls NJ "Appalachia"! Very disappointing, but where would we atheist find large numbers in America? Maybe L.A.? Any suggestions?

Sigh - I'm moving to Jersey in a few days. I'm in Texas, and this entire STATE closes on Sundays.

I'm from Lodi in Bergen county! LOL, yeah I moved here 2 years ago, no one told me the county closes on Sunday!

Anyone from Bergen County? That's where I live and it feels like there's no atheist here but me. So many goddamn churches...

Also, practically ALL businesses are closed on Sundays here thanks to the ultra regressive "Blue Laws". How convenient, thanks Bergen County!

are there any atheist in Princeton or Trenton? I am trying to get a meet up going and right now we have 4 people including me. I want to get a few more people if possible.
