So I'm from New Jersey. Not actually from Madison, I'm from Millville in South Jersey, but on the 28th I'm making the move up to Madison in North Jersey for college, Drew University.

Never really considered any part of New Jersey to be central. I've always thought of it as only North and South. But it's sure going to be different, living in North Jersey. Probably get to hear all about the Devils instead of the Flyers.

Yeah I think that counts as work. Just showing up is 90 percent of my job.

Well, if by 'work' you mean surfing the net all day and working on my blog, then yes I 'work' in the city. lol.

Thanks, I'll check it out. To be honest I pretty much get the hell out of here the second I can and don't usually stick around for the fun things NYC has to offer.

Well to be fair I only pretend to "work" in the city. Sleeping under my desk counts, right?
Umm I'm not sure if NYC Skeptics has a thing on this site...but go here: http://www.nycskeptics.org/

I saw Steve Novella from SGU give a talk a while ago, but I keep missing all the recent ones...

LOL! Sorry, I couldn't help myself.

And I'm not a member of NYC Skeptics. Is that on Nexus or is that IRL group?

Ahh, touche'...too-shay. So is anyone a member of NYC Skeptics as well?

I only work in Manhattan because of it's close proximity to where I live. ;P
Comment by spinefinger on August 11, 2008 at 3:29pm
Damn, I didn't know there were so many ways to divide this state up. I only live here because of its proximity to my job in Manhattan...

East Jersey? LOL! That's part of central, right? :P
