Hey, I was looking for a New Jersey Atheists group when I signed up with the group the other day. Glad somebody was less lazy than I and made it. =P

So is anyone else in here near the shore? I'm a grand total of 5 minutes from the beach.

Yes! Someone who knows what a Benny or a Shoobee is. I live about 15 min. from the AC beaches, and have lived all along the shore.

Awesome. They're Bennys by me, but I've heard Shoobee before. I'm in northeastern Ocean County, and I've lived by the beach my entire life. My area is considered the Central Jersey Shore. (I swear central Jersey exists! My north Jersey friends tell me I'm in South Jersey, and my South Jersey ones say I'm in North Jersey. Quite amusing, actually.)
