Hi there! I am new to Atheistnexus, and I am not online much.

I am also on FB, Ravelry, and I have a wordpress-blog.

I do not consider myself a "weak" Atheist simply because I am NOT 100% Sure that God-Gods-Goddess Exist or not. I simply say I don't know, but I live my life according to the "natural laws" of this planet, NOT the bible written thousands of years ago when people "knew" the earth was flat.

Naturalism, to me, is a comfortable position, even as it arouses my sensitivity to the attempts to "control" and "consume" her.

(Philosophical) naturalism is the supposition that nature, self-contained and continuous, is the ultimate order of being, and that all meaningful distinctions pertain to facts. Atheism is a logical outcome of a naturalistic worldview. While not all atheists are naturalists, all (philosophical) naturalists are atheists.

Naturalism is my favorite title under the humanism banner....although Hitchens made me proud to be an Atheist....glad to be here..:-)

You got it!  Make the most of every moment because you never know when it's going to end.  Not that it matters when it ends, because once we are gone we have no more worries :)

Wonderful next step for all - because without death we wouldn't be here - evolution relies on us being born and dying in order to make the gene changes necessary to evolve.
