I called it karaoke because my daughter said she just plays along with things she finds on the ipad or whatever.

I love music & lots of it is all I'm trying to show.

I like dance, but it takes a lot to impress me so the ''canned'' doesn't work for me either.

You guys are overwhelming me! I'm a big "old school" jazz buff and could spend hours chatting about it. Simply dropping names here doesn't do the subject justice. I mean, for example, I just read a whole BOOK about Louis Armstrong--in the 1930s ONLY! It sure would be fun to have a gathering of jazz fans to listen and talk about the greatest music ever invented (along with classical).

I don't like programed (dance, or club) music - it all sounds the same to me.

Sort of like every commercial you ever heard on TV.
