Even former and current law enforcement see that we are wasting time, money, manpower and even lives fighting this "war on drugs". Here is a link to a great org of former cops stepping up and sharing their insight into this.

I smoked my first joint in 1959 - I'm now 70 and I'm still smokin'. Colorado now has legal outlets for medicinal pot and it's pretty easy to get a permit. That will change as new regulations will make it more difficult obtain the permit and some of the outlets will be closed. Still it's a big step forward.

Was Jesus a stoner?
Look at the image below.
Just discovered image on the Shroud of Tokin.

Seriously, all of Jesus's healing miracles could have been due to cannabis. The anti-inflammatory properties are amazing.
The original Miracle Drug.

No, wait a minute.
It should be Never Forget!
The correct question is:
'Hi, how are you?" NOT "How high are you?"

Party On,

I moved to California last year and I am disabled... I have multiple health issues all of which can benefit to varying degrees from the use of marijuana. From past experimentation I know it definitely relieves some of my symptoms.

I would qualify for a medical marijuana card here in CA in a heartbeat due to my conditions, and before moving here figured I would in due course apply for one... but I haven't and am leery.

I imagine a day when a Sarah Palin or the like is elected and all of the records are gathered up and we're all hauled in or at least I might lose my disability payments.

It almost seems safer just to buy it illegally.
