Several months ago I started watching as many of the Michael Pollan interviews and speeches I could find on YouTube. I’m including almost all of them here. Of course, some of what he discusses in each video will be redundant, but I don’t think it will kill anyone to hear the message twice (or more).

Understanding our food is so important, and I think the average American doesn’t have a clue about how our food systems work. If you have the time, please check out at least some of these videos.

Some of these are less than five minutes long, and others are at least an hour long.
