I hope some of you Christians will have the courage to test the strength of your faith and as one of your hero’s Josh McDowell might say “examine the evidence” of what the god of the bible should be held accountable for.

This web site is designed to spread the vicious truth about the Bible. For far too long priests and preachers have completely ignored the vicious criminal acts that the Bible promotes.

The so called “God” of the Bible makes Osama Bin Laden look like a Boy Scout. This God, according to the Bible, is directly responsible for many mass-murders, rapes, pillage, plunder, slavery, child abuse and killing, not to mention the killing of unborn children.

I have included references to the Biblical passages, so grab your Bible and follow along. You can also follow along with on-line Bibles such as BibleStudyTools.net or SkepticsAnnotatedBible.com. It always amazes me how many times this God orders the killing of innocent people even after the Ten Commandments said “Thou shall not kill”.


For example, God kills 70,000 innocent people because David ordered a census of the people (1 Chronicles 21).

God also orders the destruction of 60 cities so that the Israelites can live there. He orders the killing of all the men, women, and children of each city, and the looting of all of value (Deuteronomy 3).
He orders another attack and the killing of “all the living creatures of the city: men and women, young, and old, as well as oxen sheep, and asses” (Joshua 6).

In Judges 21, He orders the murder of all the people of Jabesh-gilead, except for the virgin girls who were taken to be forcibly raped and married. When they wanted more virgins, God told them to hide alongside the road and when they saw a girl they liked, kidnap her and forcibly rape her and make her your wife!

Just about every other page in the Old Testament has God killing somebody!


In 2 Kings 10:18-27, God orders the murder of all the worshipers of a different god in their very own church!

In total God kills 371,186 people directly and orders another 1,862,265 people murdered. The God of the Bible also allows slavery, including selling your own daughter as a sex slave (Exodus 21:1-11), child abuse (Judges 11:29-40 and Isaiah 13:16), and bashing babies against rocks (Hosea 13:16 & Psalms 137:9).


This type of criminal behavior should shock any moral person. Murder, rape, pillage, plunder, slavery, and child abuse can not be justified by saying that some god says it’s OK. If more people would actually sit down and read the Bible there would be a lot more atheists like myself.


Jesus also promoted the idea that all men should castrate themselves to go to heaven: "For there are eunuchs, that were so born from their mother's womb: and there are eunuchs, that were made eunuchs by men: and there are eunuchs, that made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it." (Matthew 19:12 ASV) I don't know why anyone would follow the teachings of someone who literally tells all men to cut off their privates.

The God of the Bible also was a big fan of ritual human sacrifice and animal sacrifice. And just in case you are thinking that the evil and immoral laws of the Old Testament are no longer in effect, perhaps you should read where Jesus makes it perfectly clear: "It is easier for Heaven and Earth to pass away than for the smallest part of the letter of the law to become invalid." Many of you have been indoctrinated to such a degree as children that you are so deep into the god delusion that you are virtually beyond hope.

I speak from experience because I was once where you are. I was, until a few years ago unable to think in an open minded critical way about god or the bible. God was always right no matter what, why; because he was god, period end of sentence.


The bible was the word of god therefore holy and perfect in every way. I never, ever would have questioned god or the bible. God is god and I was not, enough said.

Posted above are VERY OBVIOUS acts of murder and genocide by the god of the bible.

Those of you that had the courage to even read them or god forbid check out the website (evil bible) that compiled them from the bible, I repeat FROM THE BIBLE, likely said;”those are god’s righteous judgments, God has the right to do what he does because he is God. It isn’t our place or right to judge a righteous and holy god.”


Ok then, try this, think, and imagine if you will that it was a human ruler that was having masses of people including innocent women and children killed. What if it were Hitler, or Stalin, or Osama Bin laden ordering these murders and rapes and other crimes that the god of the bible was ordering.

Would you think that was ok? Of course not! Murders, Genocides, rapes and other such atrocities are always horribly wrong.

So, why is it OK if it was god that committed these crimes?

Using this kind of logic was it not ok that the 9-11 terrorists crashed the planes into the twin towers? They believed with all their hearts that they were doing the will of god by killing all of what they considered to be from their religious view point; wicked unbelievers.

They believed so strongly or in other words their faith was so strong, that they were not only willing to kill for their god but die in the process.

Oh but it’s not the same you say, well open your bible to the passages that the website Evil Bible shows and read and put yourself in the place of the people being killed in the name of your Christian god or of the women that were raped or having their child or baby killed.

Would it have been Ok if your baby was ripped from your arms and run through with a sword if it was done by an Israelite warrior obeying what he believed to be orders from his god?

He believed with all of his heart that he was doing god’s will when he plunged his bloody sword into your innocent child.

God does not exist. We created god.

Acts of murder and other crimes committed in the name of god are and have always been horribly wrong.

The crimes against humanity that you read about in your bible done in the name of god are every bit as wrong as the crimes committed by the 9-11 terrorists.

The 9-11 terrorists just had bigger weapons and cable TV coverage.

If I am thinking independently of tradition, authority or established belief what do I think about the following bible verse?

This is what the Lord of hosts has to say: 'I will punish what Amalek did to Israel when he barred his way as he was coming up from Egypt. Go, now, attack Amalek, and deal with him and all that he has under the ban. Do not spare him, but kill men and women, children and infants, oxen and sheep, camels and asses.' (1 Samuel 15:2-3 NAB)


If I knew nothing whatsoever about the bible or its god I would think that whoever this Lord of hosts person is he is an evil person that has just ordered mass murder.

However because I do know a little about the bible and peoples belief in god or gods I see something else revealed in this verse. If this ordered massacre did really occur the prophet Samuel told King Saul to commit mass murder as ordered by god.

Well, again thinking with a free mind and knowing that there is no evidence whatsoever for god nor has there ever been what I see is two people plotting a revenge mass murder.

The unbelievable excuse that they offer is that an invisible being has ordered them to do it.

It’s this same kind of delusional thinking that resulted in the mass murder of 9-11. The only difference is that the modern mass murders had bigger weapons.

God doesn’t exist however belief in god has resulted millions of innocent people being murdered over the centuries.

You are what you believe you are. Many are part of a cohesive like-minded belief. Some are on the outer fringes. These are the majority. They say they are part of the belief so as not to be thought of as a non-believer. There is strength and safety in numbers.

There are different beliefs in different places. If you are born in one place you will be part of whatever the belief is in that place. If you are born somewhere else you believe what that group believes.

The most important thing is to believe what the group believes. What your group believes. The true believers believe that what their group believes is right and what the other groups believe is wrong. There is no grey area with a true believer. There is right and there is wrong. There is no in-between. Your group is right. Every other group is wrong.

In the end it is only belief. There is nothing else;
There is nothing else. Belief is all there is.

I have to admit it, Christians aren’t my favorite people. They seem to think they are in some private little club. This club has its own little ceremony’s, songs, and language.

Though they wouldn’t admit it they feel they have reached some level that makes them better than the rest of us. Oh, I’m just a sinner saved by grace they will say as if that were some badge of honor. Saved from what? Saved from the eternal torture that the rest of us are bound for?

Well, why all this saving in the first place? What have any of us ever done that is deserving to be tortured forever in the first place? And why are you singing praises to the being that you believe is going to torture many of your friends and family for all of eternity?

I’m sorry but I think many of you aren’t dealing with reality. You are suffering from a delusion and have lost the ability to come back to reality without some very good professional therapy.

@Jason Cool, nice to see someone close by. MSU started a Atheist/Freethinker's group last year. Hopefully things will get going a bit better this year with a year under their belt, you should definitely swing by the meetings this year.
