I lost my 28 year old son on Nov.1 08. So I feel your pain. I does get better.

joeyess, so sorry to hear about your father. My dad died 23 years ago. His birthday was Sept. 3 Those birthdays still get to me. I am sorry to hear your father suffered through pain. His pain is over now. Take care of yourself.

Well, to top off my summer, my father passed away today. He was a ardent believer in god. His pain is over. I will miss him for the rest of my life. Wow. What a month.

Being an atheist is hard. I lost my Dewhickey today.

The upside? I can skip that whole "bargaining" thing in the steps of grief.
