Comment by linda wagner on January 18, 2011 at 10:26am: Hi Scott, I think we all deal with this problem. White, Christian, Republicans. Kansas is infested with them. Most of them don't know what to do with an openly out Atheist. It's scary and mysterious so they ignore you and don't call. Some can be downright mean. I don't get that close to most people. I just have friends that I don't talk that much to on a personal level. I see people at places like Crochet Guild and sewing classes, where we talk about what we are doing like Crochet and sewing.
