Hi! I'm glad to find this group here!

Hi! This seems to be my mental home. I am closely bordering on INTP though, once a test placed me there mainly. I can live with both and proudly wear the other three letters.

Hello.  Here I am.

I have a similar philosophy :) go figure. I've taken 2 complete enneagrams so far with subtyping. Wingless 4 both times, and my so subtype has almost double the value over the next closest one, sx. I am still reading up on the stuff and I'm kinda fuzzy on what being wingless means. I'd love for someone to overlay both systems and translate a combined MBTI + Enneagram with all the fixins, i.e. sub and tritypes etc.

My philosophy is that no particular typology system is going to be 100% perfect, so what I do is take the intersection of all of the different ones I've taken.

Well I'm "wingless", a straight 4. My instinctual subtype is social so. I haven't gotten around to doing the trityping. This is all very new to me. I am initially inclined to think that the enneagram system is superior to the MBTI. By superior I mean more complex and specific. Which is counter intuitive I know, since narrow brings up images of depth and focus and "broader" the opposite.

Welcome, Spanky! It sounds like you've had an interesting couple of days, indeed. When you got your Enneagram result, did it tell you which way your wing? What about the instinctive subtypes? For example, I'm a 4w5 sx/sp, and the extra information further refines where I fit in the spectrum of 4's.

Hi everyone! *waves*. I'm jazzed at finding more atheists, especially ones who have similar personality traits as mine. I've been self labeling as an atheist for 20+ years now. Earlier this week I learned I was an INFP e4. These last several days have been "interesting".
