There are communities like this one and Nirmukta (nirumka.com and a group by the same name on Facebook) where you can meet like minded people. Also, my impression is that Kerala has a huge population of rationalists. Check out science.org.in. You can find contact information on their site. I visited Calicut to attend the Basava Premanand memorial lecture and met several atheists from Kerala. You can contact the folks at science.org.in and they can direct you to folks in Cochin.

I'm a huge film addict and an aspiring film maker...But the problem is that i haven't seen any other atheists in my city ( COCHIN) . The theist society cant stand me & I'm completely alienated from other human beings. I'm being judged by people with an I.Q of a grape every day..... IS THIS MY ONLY PROBLEM OR HAVE YOU GUYS HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS?
