Originally from Kokomo and just curious what's happening near my old stomping grounds.

Yes, I was referring to one-fingered typing. I've been a journalist all my life (I'm 55), and I can touch-type (using all my fingers) in the dark. But I sure couldn't do it one-fingered without looking. I doubt anyone can. I've heard some rumblings about this guy "writing" a book. I hope, for his sake, he really isn't conscious, or this would drive my even crazier.

Has anyone else been following the Belgian Coma Guy hoax? Didn't anyone notice the last time "facilitated communication" was debunked? The guy's eyes are closed and he's typing with one finger. Can anyone here do that? I can't.

Given that our presidents have generally come from the ranks of the American elite, it seems reasonable to assume we have already had several atheist presidents. We may have one now.

Anyone having trouble upgrading from Vista to 7? Win 7 keeps telling me it can't install until I uninstall Karspersky Anti-Virus. Thing is, I've never had Karspersky - I'd never heard of it. It's not listed among my computer programs. Anyone have suggestions?
