Yeah I am curious to know if just being a regular licensed minister would allow one to do official humanist ministry?
Comment by equinox on March 24, 2011 at 6:56pm Dennis,
Are you still doing any kind of official ministry in a humanist capacity? Just curious.
Comment by Richard Clair Blackburn on March 24, 2011 at 5:03pm I was a ordained Presbyterian minister for 16 years from 1981 to 1997 when my credentials were rescinded due to inactivity in seeking a call. I had been ordained in 1981 to the Orthodox Presbyterian Church after Seminary, an Internship and receiving a call to a church in the Chicagoland area. At that point I had been a professed Christian for about 10 years.
Now I'm a Humanist/Atheist and no longer ordained or in the church in any capacity.
