Health & Fitness is a good subject, but I'm always turned-off by the muscle-man avatar.  In the first place, he appears to be badly sunburned, the opposite of healthy.  Even a tan is not healthy.

The second problem is his muscles are gross.  Way over the top.  I suspect that is also not healthy.

Well, I suspect I'm now going to get beaten about the head & shoulders with a wet noodle for my heresy.

"Anti-health food?" Dunkin' Donuts, which touts "better-for-you" foods among their menu choices, is introducing bacon and egg in a donut sandwich as a regular part of their menu on Friday, "National Doughnut Day".
