Hey, I wanted to check in with you guys and see if you'd want this here in this group or if I should make one specifically for it.

I was thinking of setting up a few posts for people to check in on or journal with in regards to smart weightloss or getting into new exercise routines.

I need to drop some weight, mainly due to my diabetes. The more options for clothing later on is a plus but not the main goal for me. Some others on the chat also expressed interest in such a discussion. I realize this isn't atheist-specific, but some of the groups here aren't either, yeah? And we get close like a family, so I think I'd be more accountable to y'all than I would on a diet site...

Steph, you are spamming with all of those cute kitty photos.  I have a serious question about whey protein powder but I'm sure no one'll answer it because they've left this site...no one here is serious!
