Lift Weights, Eat Mustard, Build Muscles?
New research suggests that brassinosteroids, "triggered a response similar to anabolic steroids, with minimal side effects".
... the research found that the stimulatory effect of homobrassinolide (a type of brassinosteroid found in plants such as mustards) on protein synthesis in muscle cells led to increases in lean body mass, muscle mass and physical performance.

When searching for mustard greens images, I was pleased to find an appealing variety. It seems there are small tender forms, and colorful red and purple ones too.

Yes I would.  I actually have had them before.  They are good in salads -- like spinach is.  : ) I want to build more muscles. : )
