So let's discuss...what types of training do you do? Do you weight train for size, strength? Do you bike, run, swim, etc.?

I train with weights. Typically 3 or 4 days per week. Focusing on one movement per day (and then associated assistance exercises). I like to lift heavy things. My best lifts are: Bench - 305, Squat - 425, and Deadlift - 515.

I also play basketball for fun and in leagues a few times per year. Lifting definitely helps and I usually have a solid 50lbs on the other guys my height (6'6"). So that's nice.

I am getting long in the tooth and wish I could go back and do the fitness thing all over again. Years of injuries to nearly every joint has taught me a lot of lessons... No second chances. I continually modify my workout around past injuries and just pain old aging issues.

I wonder why it is hard to motivate on the stretching? Maybe, because it isn't a dynamic activity like cardio and strength training.
You could stick to more dynamic flexibility/mobility stuff. Check out EliteFTS.com or google dynamic warmup/stretching. If it is the dynamic nature, maybe that would help.
Many thanks ;-)

I am located in Newnan, Ga and have my own atheist group entitled "Coweta County Atheists".  I am currently being backed by Spaulding Co.…

Pope's 'exorcism' caught on film video

There is a video of the Pope's 'exorcism' caught on film.  The man isn't demon possessed, there are likely no 'real' demons.  He's just delusional and doesn't want to accept personal responsiblity for his own behavior for his own dysfunctional life.

Do you support 'traditional' marriage, vot now ad

There is an ad that reads ' Do you support 'traditional' marriage? Vote Now"!  .

No, I don't support 'traditional' marriage because there is no such thing. I support heterosexual and same-sex couples marry each other legally , yes.  'Traditional' marriage promoters largely do not believe that heterosexual women are co-equal to their husbands.  Their only purpose in 'traditional' marriage is to sexually satisfy their husbands if they can and raise children and do all…
