Permalink Reply by Lillie on October 5, 2012 at 3:41pm I tried drinking Aloe Vera juice a number of years ago and really could not see any difference. Now that I am a little older, I may try it again. I could use a congestive aid.
I just bought some Lillie because my stomach has been hurting lately - all week. So I decided to try it out. Since I have taken it my stomach problems stopped. I am feeling much better now. I was surprised it worked as well as it did.

Keep me posted.
Permalink Reply by Nerdlass on October 5, 2012 at 5:54pm Here in Japan, I haven't seen many aloe drinks, but they will put aloe in with yogurt. 90% of yogurt here is sweetened, though, so that's something to consider. If I can find plain yogurt, then I'm good to go with a nice parfait in the morning. :) ...But the aloe yogurt is sweetened. Oh well.
