I love coffee with a splash of skim milk... just enough to muddy it. And to go with it? Well, I love almonds, but I also love chocolate, so I like to mix almonds with chocolate chips for an afternoon snack.

Permalink Reply by Ruth Anthony-Gardner on November 16, 2011 at 2:27pm LOL It's sooo easy to "eat any old shit that's quick and easy to prepare." *sigh* I used to make healthy breakfasts. Now I grab toast and a cheese stick.
I can relate to "quick and easy" as well! More often than I'd like, I dash out the door with a bar (Power-, Clif, Balance, whatever) and a mug of strong green tea. (I'll make up for it with a hearty, varied lunch.)

I do love those chocolate stir sticks though for an added touch of class :)
Permalink Reply by Sandi on December 17, 2011 at 8:29am I live way out in the country and don't socialise much with 'regular' humans (and I like it that way), so finding this site was a delight. I am able to interact with like minded people and contribute to the sanity that atheism is.
I so appreciate logging in here every morning to read the news and discussions. I am very blunt about my atheistic stance and cannot stand the BS of any kind of religion. I am tired of the hypocrisy to the point that during a conversation with my mother yesterday, I said: "I have no tolerance for religion at all, I have tried to 'respect' other people's views, but I sincerely cannot. I am ashamed at the human race for being so delusional and needy and simply cannot stand for the tyranny any more". So it is probably a good thing that I do not interact socially (LOL) I may get myself into trouble. Thankfully my parents are both atheists and I was lucky enough to not only be born into such a family but to be able to remain atheist throughout my childhood and adulthood. You may hear me rant and you may hear me roar on here, but this is ultimately where I can express myself with all honesty and I thank you all in advance for putting up with me.
PS: I love chocolate too.
