I was wondering if anyone else has had the opportunity to play the newest entry in the Tribes franchise and what your thoughts are?

It's much, much better now that hitscan was removed for the guns where it was a problem and replaced with projectile. The classes are still fairly stupid, but it has a chance to be decent now that devs listened about how bad hitscan was for the game.

I played it with my son for a couple hours. It reminds me of Halo and is a good change from the military FPS. Skiing is fun! I also like the idea of earning credits in the middle of a map to buy vehicles. Learning curve a a few hours. Not a bad game.
