Comment by vegantiger on June 3, 2012 at 8:34pm Like I always say; there are good people in the world DESPITE religion; not BECAUSE of it. Lots of good, supportive people of glbt rights, women's rights, anti slavery, pro mixed marriages, etc., still think they are xtian or whatever even when they go against the doctrines. They just don't understand that makes them NONxtians, etc. Hope they wake up soon.
Comment by Susan Stanko on June 3, 2012 at 4:48pm I don't see why it would be a trick. The Osmonds are pro-gay rights.
Comment by annet on June 3, 2012 at 4:34pm Is this a trick?

Over 100 members of the LDS Church – Mormons – marched, showing their commitment to equality and to their LGBT brothers and sisters. And they marched despite the outdated views of Church hierarchy.
We know the LDS Church isn’t quite with us on matters of equality, but Church members are. They support fairness and equality in growing numbers. HRC and our partners at Equality Utah and the Utah Pride Center have worked to change hearts and minds, and it’s working.
Comment by Sentient Biped on June 3, 2012 at 11:46am For some reason, the embed function shots off then resumes. So this is a link instead of embed. In the interest of nonpartisanship, as soon as the Republican candidates or tea party afficionados broadcast a similar supportive message, celebrating LGBTQI people and community, I'll embed or link to that as well. Meanwhile, I celebrate all those who contribute here, and who read but don't speak up, because you are all part of the journey to a better future.
Comment by Sentient Biped on June 2, 2012 at 11:49am The sneaky homosexual iceberg has ripped a hole in Titanic America and we are taking on water. Soon the homosexual storm troopers will be rooting out the few remaining christian heterosexuals. Or something like that.
Comment by Sentient Biped on May 31, 2012 at 9:50pm Dallas, people are capable of anything. During Jim Crow they used to take kids to lynchings. And they were "good christians" too.
