Of all the arguments against homosexuality its supposed unnaturality is the most idiotic. Who is to say what is “natural”? If it can be done, it has to be natural. That is the definition of “natural.” Why is it that when homophobes want to put gays down, they call being gay “unnatural,” yet they insist that gays can “change” since being gay is a matter solely of nurture? The only possible answer is that the homophobes excuse their fear by reference to scripture. Nothing's right or wrong but thinking makes it so. God condemns homosexuality in Leviticus but has no problem with Lot impregnating his own daughters after the destruction of the Cities on the Plain.

Of course you are correct, dr kellie.
I have yet to meet a sissy fag, all effeminate men that I have met were hetero. I have also never run into a macho homo, most homosexual men I have met would be undetectable unless they told someone. Stereotypes are nothing but bullshit.
One of my favorite local fags is a sissy bodybuilder.  You'd never notice the sissy side until he speaks and gestures.  He is adorable.
If it can be done, it has to be natural.

Not only that, but if it occurs in nature, it is most definitely "natural":

(I know I posted this video a few times before, but it's just so cute!)

Somehow people who spend 8 hours a day on a computer are worried about what is natural. Or, the definition of natural is what feels right to that particular person.
You hit on another point I often make when arguing the "natural" fallacy. As I usually put it, "Nothing that you do 24 hours a day, save perhaps dreaming, is 'natural.' Is it natural to have a radio alarm clock? Is it natural to drive a car/take the subway/bicycle to work each day? &c." Your illo of computer use is a perfect example of the unnatualness of daily life. One could end the response by observing that we would still be living in caves if we did everything natural. Of course, these same bigots also believe we never lived in caves, that "God" created everything in six days circa 5000 BCE, that we harnessed and rode on the backs of dinosaurs, and so forth.
Most of people's "unnatural" feelings are probably about the ways that gays (mostly males) have sex.

So, tell me again which of these sex acts are never done by heterosexuals?
Good point. Guy on guy ass fucking = unnatural. Guy on girl ass fucking = hot.

Is homophobia associated with homosexual arousal?

Abstract

The authors investigated the role of homosexual arousal in exclusively heterosexual men who admitted negative affect toward homosexual individuals. Participants consisted of a group of homophobic men (n = 35) and a group of nonhomophobic men (n = 29); they were assigned to groups on the basis of their scores on the Index of Homophobia (W. W. Hudson & W. A. Ricketts, 1980). The men were exposed to sexually explicit erotic stimuli consisting of heterosexual, male homosexual, and lesbian videotapes, and changes in penile circumference were monitored. They also completed an Aggression Questionnaire (A. H. Buss & M. Perry, 1992). Both groups exhibited increases in penile circumference to the heterosexual and female homosexual videos. Only the homophobic men showed an increase in penile erection to male homosexual stimuli. The groups did not differ in aggression. Homophobia is apparently associated with homosexual arousal that the homophobic individual is either unaware of or denies.

Oh, so true. It is my opinion that people who can't seem to grasp why others are gay are actually not heterosexual enough to understand attraction at all. Some people just don't get it. Years ago, my father found some porn that my brother had been looking at and there were pictures of women together. My father became insanely concerned that my brother was gay.

I know.

I know.

My father doesn't "get it." He is no zero on the Kinsey scale. But he doesn't know that/is in denial.
That's nothing. When my father happened upon some mention among the brothers of cunnilingus, he was heard to observe he'd never gone down on a woman. "If you'd suck the hole, you'd suck the pole." I hadn't the guts to tell him I'd done both.
That is brilliant. My father would cry if he knew how sexually adventurous I am. I grew up being taught that there was something shameful about female sexuality. I suppose it never really took...

Glee comes on at 7 tonight. The clip I left was a preview. I am way more into showtunes and popular culture than a 41 year old lesbian should be, but I make no apologies for Glee. The vocals and arrangements are perfect. And they do classic showtunes right along with modern pop. Classic showtunes!
That's funny...nowadays it's usually thought that if a guy doesn't want to go down on a woman, he might have some gay tendencies.
