My name is Josh. I'm an exmormon among other things. Just curious, has anyone else read a book by Jack Krakouer called "under the banner of heaven"? Great read. Highly recommend it.

I want to show my support for the ex-mormon atheists. My brother converted to mormonism almost 9 years ago. I like to find out as much information about it and am very glad to find this group.

Welcome! It's great to know there are others of us out there. My family is all still deep in the Mormon church... I don't see that ever really changing. It's so nice to have other exes out there to chat with.

hey, i just joined AN andthought I'd introduce myself. I was born and raised baptist but converted to mormonism when i met my husband at age 16. He was born and raised mormon. we both came out of the atheist closet a year ago. =)
