European Atheists

The name of the group pretty much gives it away, I guess. European Atheists unite (yet again)! ;-) There's hundreds of thousands of us in Europe... where are all the others? Join in, let's discuss, connect and maybe we'll start another revolution.

Hello as an european atheist I have joined this group.
My name is Jorge and my nick Aberingi.
I am Spaniard 56 year old retired and technical translator as a profession.

I become an athesit at the age 16 in 1968, living under the catholic dictatorship of Franco. I wish to find good atheist affinity persons in this group and hope to find somebody from Spain.

At present I am a spokeperson for the Cyberateos association http:/ And responsible to spread the Universal Atheist Symbol.

Yours atheistically

Went to the Amalfi coast last weekend, probably going to Rome or Florence on Saturday. Can't wait!

In Hungary, a TED-conference was organised, and the organisers invited the ID-chief to give a speech about biology. Some people wrote an open letter to suggest the guy should rather keep to religion. Now the guy is trying to get at them via their bosses (which is kinda funny since they seem to be scientists...) Details:

Is this group only for people who are from Europe, or do Americans living in Europe count?

Hello everybody. I just made another group called Transylvanian Atheists. If some of you like, you can join that group too.
