he will be at CSU on wednesday the 27th at 4pm talking about secular morality.

hows everyone doing? if anyone is in northern colorado, we are having Dan Barker at CSU in Fort Collins next wednesday (the 22nd) at 4pm. hope you can make it.

New to Denver, Colorado. from Fort Lauderdale, FL previously. On charity: I'm looking to work with AmeriCorps and their "Rebuilding Together" project.

I would be interested in something like that, or at least getting some information. I've been thinking about volunteering at the local soup kitchen, but I know it's catholic, and I don't know if I'm comfortable doing good works in the name of a god I don't believe in.

No. Not yet. The Secular Center is out of Houston but Noelle George, who is here on Nexus, would like the organization to become a nationwide one.
