I need to get a program that makes GIFs.

Those aren't gifs, they're flash hosted by PictureTrail. I uploaded a simple jpg and used their glitter to bling it up. Anybody can do this with no special program. You can even use their text to spell out your message.

Yeah I found that out when I tried to save them. Cool -- I will have to make some then -- sounds like fun!

I had trouble finding the first two samples here, when I went to the site. I recreated it, not as well.
