William R. Jones, Jr., author of 'Is God a White Racist?', dies

Jones died on Friday, July 13, 2012, close to his 79th birthday.

Sorry to hear it. I read that book at least three times because of its arguing points especially those that call into question the validity of Black Liberation theology, which he rightlhy questioned. Cone had held a sacred position among theologians (self-described) without ever being questioned considering the circumstances that remain unchanged.
